Sri Mahalakshmi Panchakam is the Slokam in praise of and as prayer to Sri Mahalakshmi, the consort of Sri Maha Vishnu.

Sri Narayani, You are ever auspicious in the eternal auspiciousness; You are the Shive (feminine form – sister of Sri Shiva); You grant all our desires; You are always depended upon. You are the personification of three Devis together (Sri Parvathi, Sri Lakshmi and Sri Saraswathi); You are of fair complexion.

nuthapaadha kamalaa kamalaadhrutha hruthkamala karothimae kamalaM
Sri Brahma who sits on the lotus, Sri Vishnu who has lotus like eyes, Sri Shiva who has the crescent moon on His head and all the Devas worship the lotus feet of Sri Mahalakshmi. They do the worship seeking Sri Mahalakshmi to dwell in Their lotus like hearts.
